Order Acceptance & RTO Policy
- By placing an order on Bizlo, the buyer confirms their intention to purchase and accept delivery of theordered products.
- Buyers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, active mobile number, business/shop details and other information required for successful delivery.
- Bizlo may verify an order through OTP, WhatsApp, IVR or telephone before dispatch. Orders thatcannot be successfully verified may be placed on hold or cancelled.
- Once an order has been verified and dispatched, the buyer is expected to accept delivery unless there is a genuine and valid reason for refusal.
- Unjustified refusal of delivery, repeated non-availability, incorrect delivery information ordeliberate rejection of a confirmed order may be recorded against the buyer's account as anRTO.
- After the first buyer-caused RTO Bizlo may restrict COD facilities and require additionalverification for subsequent orders.
- After two buyer-caused RTOs Bizlo may require partial advance payment, prepaid logisticscharges or full advance payment before processing further orders.
- Repeated or intentional RTOs may result in COD suspension, temporary account restriction or
- permanent account suspension subject to review by Bizlo.
- Genuine delivery failures caused by the courier partner, seller, incorrect products, damaged shipments or other reasons not attributable to the buyer shall not be treated as buyer-causedRTOs.
- Bizlo reserves the right to apply additional verification or payment requirements to ordersidentified as having a high risk of non-delivery.
- By confirming an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts Bizlo's order acceptance and RTOpolicy.
